How to Lose Excess Body Fat in a Proper Manner?
Everybody wants to maintain a fit and slim body. But so many activities in our daily lives make difficult to keep our body fit. So we have to take it seriously & need to try some ways given below:
* Do weight loss exercise thrice a week to increase your metabolism.
* First of all simply delete all oily, junk and fat foods from your daily food chart. Just try to take lot of fresh fruits & vegetables.
* Have a cup of green tea regularly before you set out for the daily workout; it will help you to maintain your energy level.
* Do cardiovascular exercises to burn fat. Try to do it for at least 1 hour twice a week.
* Drink plenty of water to boost up your metabolism and burn fat.
* Try to have a balanced nutritional diet which is full of proteins, vitamins, lemon, asparagus etc.
* Don’t repeat same exercise on daily basis. Try to do different exercises like sometimes low intense and sometime heavily intense.
* Change your daily life to burn fat such as use the staircase, prefer walking while going somewhere.
